3 tsp. Butter
1/2 C. Onion- chopped
1/2 C. Bell Pepper- chopped
1-2 cloves Garlic
2 links Smoked Sausage
1/2 lbs. Scallops
1/2 lbs. Shrimp
1 lg. can Rotel Tomatoes
2-3 C. Cooked Rice
1-2 cans Tomato Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large saucepan. Add onion, bell pepper and garlic. Sauté for about 3-5 minutes. Add smoked sausage, scallops and shrimp; cook for 10 minutes. Add Rotel tomatoes; cook 15 minutes more.

Stir in cooked rice. Add tomato sauce to desired consistency.
