8 Cups sliced Summer Squash.
2 Cups sliced Onion
1 Tablespoon Salt
1 Cup diced Green Bell Pepper
2 Cups Cider Vinegar
3 1/2 Cups Sugar
1 Teaspoon Celery Seeds
1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds

I have included 1/2 Cup of Hot Peppers from the garden.

Combine squash and onion. Sprinkle with salt and let stand fo 1 hour. Combine peppers, vinegar, sugar, seeds. Mix. Bring to boil. Pack sterilized jars; seal and adjust rings. Return to a hot bath for 5 minutes. You may also boil jars and lids, remove from boil, fill with mixture and seal without hot bath. Wait for lids to "pop".
