3/4 c flour
1/2 tsp garlic/seasoned/regular salt
2 eggs
1 c milk
Meat drippings and/or cooking oil

Hand beat or in blender until combined. Chill at least 1 hour.
Heat muffin tins or 8x8 pan with fat and/or with meat drippings until pipping hot. Add batter.
Bake 450 20-30 mins OR 450 15 mins then reduce temperature to 350 for additional 15 minutes.

Lazy me prefers to use the 8x8 pan instead of individual muffins. I find I get a better result.
