2 15 oz cans of red beans ( kidney)
1 lb ground sausage ( mild or hot)
1 onion , chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and chopped onion. DRAIN WELL. Put all of the ingredients in an oven proof bowl and add 1 tablespoon horseradish, 4 tablespoon catsup, 1 tablespoon Worchester sauce. Bake at 375 degrees fo 30 to 40 minutes. Serve over rice.
