Ingredients:  
1 1/2 lbs. boneless beef chuck, cubed or strips
4 strips bacon, cooked & cut into pieces
2 medium onions, chopped
3/4 c. red wine
1 1/2 tbsp. Hungarian sweet paprika
3/4 tsp. salt
1 small green pepper, diced

Hot cooked noodles
Sour cream for topping

Directions:
Directions:
1) Sauté onions briefly, add beef. Brown slowly on all sides.
2) Layer all ingredients (except noodles) in crock pot. I also add the liquid that cooked out of the meat.
3) Cook on low all day.
4) Serve over hot cooked noodles, top with sour cream
