1 lb. stew meat
1 C flour
1 T seasoned salt
1 t pepper
2 T dried onions
4 beef bullion cubes

Mixed vegetables
Potatos- cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salt,pepper and flour in bowl. Coat stew meat in flour. Shake off excess flour and brown meat in oil . Add 4 c water and bring to boil. Whisk water into flour mixture to make a thin paste. Slowly add to boiling pot.Stir until thickened. Lower heat and add onions , bullion and vegetables. Cook on low 4-5 hours.
