6 or 7 cooked baking potatoes
6 hard boiled eggs
2 large dill pickles
1 bunch green onions (green part only)
Mayonnaise
Mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and cube potatoes. Boil eggs and chop. Add to potatoes, Chop green onions and pickles. Add to potatoes and eggs. Stir in mayonnaise a little at a time to desired consistency (I start with about 2 or 3 heaping tbsp.). Add mustard for flavor and color (about a tbsp). Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
