2 TSBP oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
1 lb ground beef
2 tsp salt
1 TBSP chili powder
3 1/2 cups canned tomatoes
1 cup corn meal
1 cup milk
1 can cream style corn
1/2 cup grated cheese
pitted ripe olives

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350º

Cook onion, garlic, pepper and celery in oil, about 5 minutes.
Add meat and cook till lightly browned.
Add salt, chili powder and tomatoes.
Cook 15 minutes.
Stir in corn meal and milk.
Cook 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add cream style corn and pour into a casserole.
Top with cheese and olives.

Bake for 30 minutes, check with a toothpick to see if done.
