2 (15 oz.) cans Chili- no beans
2 (15 oz.) cans Kidney Beans- do not drain
16 oz. can Whole Kernel Corn- drained
4 oz. can Sliced Ripe Olives- drained
1/3 lb. Mild Cheddar Cheese- cubed
3/4 C. Onion- chopped (optional)
15 oz. box Cornbread Mix
1½ C. Fritos Corn Chips- crushed (optional).

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Combine all ingredients (except cornbread mix and corn chips). Pour into 3 quart casserole dish.

Prepare cornbread mix according to package directions; pour over bean mixture. Bake for 40 minutes, or until bubbly and topping is golden brown. Crushed corn chips may be sprinkled on top 5 minutes before end of baking time.
