2 cans (14.5 oz each) Rotel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
2 cans (14.5 oz each) chicken broth
1 can (16 oz) non-fat refried beans
1 can (16 oz) black beans
1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
2-3 c. shredded cooked chicken

Optional: tortilla chips, strips of tortillas, Mexican-cheese blend, avocado, sour cream.

Directions:
Directions:
1) Combine all ingredients in crock pot (except optional toppings!)
2) Heat thoroughly. I usually let cook on low all day.

Easy to make. Can also be made stove top or even microwave.
Freezes well, so I usually make 50% more when I make it.
