4 c. carrots, cooked and slightly cooked
1/4-1/2 lb. Velveeta, cubed
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. Ritz crackers or corn flakes, crushed

Oven 350º. Spray glass casserole dish.

1) Layer in casserole:
-carrots
-onions
-butter
-cheese
-crumbs
2) Bake for 30 min.
