1 cup sugar
8 TSBP corn starch
1 tsp salt
4 eggs or 8 yolks
8 cups milk
4 TBSP butter
4.5 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
In a large sauce pan combine milk, butter and vanilla.
Heat until butter is melted.
Add beaten eggs, sugar corn starch and salt.
Cook until it boils on a mid-low heat, stirring so it doesn't scorch.
