8 large Potatoes
1 packet of Bacon
1 onion
4 cans cream style corn
1 pint Half & Half

Directions:
Directions:
Dice and boil potatoes then put in crockpot. Chop the onion and then sauté it in a frying pan. Cut the bacon up then add it to the onions and sauté together. Once cooked, add to crockpot. Add the 4 cans of cream style corn and the entire pint of Half &Half to the crockpot. Mix together. Season to taste.

This is a fall/winter favorite in our household. You can eat it without heating it in the crockpot but we've found that it tastes a little better the second day, heating it up in the crock pot. We also add just a little bit extra milk and garlic salt to ours.
