Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 frozen bread loaves, thawed (I use Rhodes Bake N Serve white bread 3-pack)
2 lbs. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 medium head of green cabbage, shredded ( cut by hand/no mandolin)
1-2 lbs. of cheese (cheddar, swiss, mushrooms-your choice, as this is optional)
salt/pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Oven 350.
1) Thaw bread dough completely. (I only use 2 of the 3 loaves).
2) Brown hamburger with onions.
3) Add shredded cabbage & cook until wilted. Season with salt/pepper to taste.
4) Drain WELL. Let cool completely.
5) Pinch off a piece of dough, roll into a circle, about 5" across.
6) Spoon the well drained beef mixture into the center of dough.
7) Pinch edges together well. If not sealed well, juices will cook out while baking. Can also make a little pouch and seal center (bake seal-side down.)
8) Let rise for a little while.
9) Bake on sprayed (or parchment paper) cookie sheet for 20-25 min. or until golden brown. ººººº©©
