2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
3 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. milk
12 c. cocoa
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. Baking powder

Frosting
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. cocoa
6 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and put on large cookie sheet with 2 inches lip. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
Frosting; Combine all ingredients and bring to boil. Pour over hot cake.
