1 quart vegetable oil
1/2 cup light ranch dressing
1/4 cup prepared salsa
1 tube prepared polenta like San Gennaro
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In deep skillet, heat vegetable oil to 350ºF
In bowl, combine ranch dressing and salsa

Slice prepared polenta into 1/2" by 3" matchsticks. In bowl, gently toss polenta sticks with flour to coat.

In batches, cook polenta sticks 5 minutes or until golden brown, turning occasionally. Drain on paper towels

In bowl, gently toss warm polenta with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve fries with salsa mixture
