Ingredients:  
4 cups fruit - any fruit you like or have in the house. All the same or different

1 t allspice or nutmeg or mace
1 t cinnamon

1/2 c sugar

1 T corn starch or flour ( optional) thickens the juices
1/4 c. butter cut in small pieces( optional)

Crumb Topping

1/3 c flour
1/3 c sugar
1/3 c butter

Cut butter into flour and sugar until pea size.

Directions:

Heat oven to 350º.

Cut fruit into bite size pieces.
Add sugar, flour and spices. Top with butter

Add crumb topping

Bake 45-50 minutes. Until brown and bubbly.

I use peaches,nectarines, apples, plums,berries,rhubarb etc. Or combinations of them. Then I add 1/2 - 1 cup blueberries to it. They all turn out great.
