2 Tbs. Butter
1/2 White onion (or 2 tbs. dried onions)
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup milk
1 can whole kernal corn
1 can cream style corn
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup cubed ham or diced bacon
1 Tbs. olive oil
2-3 potaoes

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water and add potatoes (diced). Boil until mostly soft, but still a bit firm. Brown ham or cook bacon and dice. Add all ingredients to crock pot, no need to drain corn. Heat for 2-3 hours in crock pot on high.

Alternative: Boil potatoes on the stove, then heat everything in a pot on the stove for a faster dinner instead of using the crock pot.
