Ingredients:  
1 - 6 oz pkg semi sweet choc chips
1/2 cup sugar
3 tbsp. light corn syrup
1/3 cup bourbon
1 pkg (7-10 oz) vanilla wafers finely crushed
1 cup walnuts finely crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate over hot water

Remove from heat and stir in sugar and the corn syrup

Blend in bourbon

Combine vanilla wafer crumbs and nuts and add to chocolate mixture - mix well

Shape quickly into 1" balls and roll in sugar

Store in airtight container and let stand several days to ripen before serving
