1/2 lb. Breakfast sausage
1/2 Bag Hasbrowns
3-4 Eggs
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, lightly brown sausage. When sausage is browned add hash browns. If they are frozem, cover and let cook for about 3 minutes, stir occassionally. When hashbrowns are cooked add eggs, depending of how much meat was cooked, and stir into meat/hash-brown mixture. Keep stirring until the eggs are completely mixed in the meat and cooked thoroughly. Add salt and pepper to taste.
