1 Butter Golden Cake Mix (Duncan Hines)
1/2 C. oil
4 eggs
2 cans Mandarin oranges, 1 drained and 1 with juice

Icing
2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
1 C. chopped nuts
1 can crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cake mix, oil, eggs, and juice from oranges. Stir in oranges. Pour into greased and floured 9 X 13 pan or 3 8 inch cake pans. Bake at 325º until done. (9 X 13 approx. 30 - 40 min.; 8 in. approx. 15 - 25 min.)

For Icing, mix together pudding and pineapple. Fold in Cool Whip and nuts. Ice cake. Refrigerate and serve cold.
