2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. chilli powder
3/4 cup ketchup
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup water
2 tsp. liquid smoke (optional)
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp./Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Mix first 9 ingrediants thoroughly. Shape into meatballs. Place in pan large enough to hold in single layer. Mix rest of ingrediants to make sauce. Pour over meatballs. Bake, covered in 350ºF oven for 1 1/2 hours.
