3 teaspoons olive oil
3 teaspoons butter
1 pound mushrooms, sliced
1 garlic clove or 1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon red cooking wine, optional
1 teaspoon Teriyaki sauce or more to taste
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt or to taste, optional
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil and butter in sauce pan on medium heat, cook and stir in mushroom, garlic, cooking wine, teriyaki sauce, garlic salt and black pepper in hot oil and butter, until lightly browned. (about 5 minutes). Reduce heat to low and simmer until mushrooms are tender 5-8 minutes. Serve over rice. I also added onion, cut up chicken and add to the recipe.
