1/2 cup oil
1/2 - 3/4 cups brown sugar (depends how sweet you want it)
2 eggs
3 cups quick oatmeal
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
Fruit for topping (if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Spray 8 or 9 inch square baking pan with cooking spray.
Mix oil, sugar and eggs together.
Add oatmeal, baking powder, salt and milk.
Bake at 350º for 35-40 min. (check after 30 min.) Will be a little brown around the edges when done.
Serve with some milk over the top and even your favorite fruit. Dress it up however you wish.

This is an AMAZING warm yummy breakfast to feed the family on a cold winter day before sending them off to school or chores. :) We love it!
