1 box lemon cake mix
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 cup apricot nectar
4 eggs
Glaze:
1 cup confectioners' sugar
juice of 1 lemon [1/4 cup]
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix, sugar, oil and nectar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
Pour into tube pan and bake for one hour at 350 degrees.
Mix confectioners' sugar with lemon juice and pour over hot cake.
