2-3 wild Alaskan salmon filets
olive oil
Himalayan sea salt
cracked black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.

Lightly coat a baking pan with olive oil spray. Place filets in pan, skin down. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 375º until cooked through, approximately 14-15 minutes. Do not overcook (filets will continue cooking after being removed from oven). Remove skin before serving. May be served hot or chilled.
