1-1/2 lbs Beef Stew Meat, cubed
1 medium Vadilla Onion, chopped
1 c Baby Carrots, cut in thirds
2 ribs Celery, sliced
4 medium Potatoes, large cubes
1 28 oz can Diced Petite Tomatoes
1 10.5 oz. Beef Broth
1 T Worcestershire Sauce
2 T Dried Parsley Flakes
1 Bay Leaf
2 twigs of Fresh Thyme (can use 1 T dried)
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients to pot and stir to combine.

To cook in Electric Pressure Cooker:
Securely close lid to locked position and set pressure limiting valve to "Airtight).
Follow basic directions for pressure cooking, and cook at high pressures for 30 min.

To cook in Slow Cooker:
Slow cook on high for 5 hours.
