1 uncooked pie crust
2 c. applesauce
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. milk
4 eggs
2 heaping tsp. ginger
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. cardamom
2 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all the above ingredients except the pie crust. Lay uncooked pie crust in pan and pour in the applesauce mixture. Bake 1 hour, or until knife inserted comes out clean.
