2 packages of "Baby Bella" mushrooms
1 package chicken flavored stove-top stuffing
1 package cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 tablespoon garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
1. Wipe mushrooms with a dry paper towel and remove the stems. Save the stems and chop them finely.
2. Mix Stove-top stuffing according to directions on box.
3. Add cream cheese and chopped mushroom stems to the prepared stuffing. Stir until cream cheese has melted and all ingredients are incorporated well.
4. Place mushroom caps in a baking dish, open side up. Stuff each cap generously with stuffing mixture.
5. Melt butter in microwave and mix in garlic powder. Pour the butter mixture over the tops of the mushrooms.
6. Bake at 350º for 40 minutes.
