1 ½ Cup sugar
1 Cup oil
3 eggs
1 Cup buttermilk


2 Cups plain flour
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon Allspice and 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
Add 1 Cup Strawberry preserves
1 Teaspoon vanilla

1. Grease and flour tube pan
2. Sift together the first set of ingredients. Then add the second set of ingredients.
3. Mix all together and bake in a tube pan.
4. Bake 350*º for 1 hour.
