6 eggs
1 c. salsa
1 lb bacon
1 lb sausage
1-2 handfuls of tortilla chips
1-2 c. shredded cheese (what ever flavor you like)
milk just a splash for the egg mix
salt and pepper to taste
sour cream
(any meat can be added to this recipe that you want)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and drain or cook what meat you have first. Add salsa to the meat and simmer.
Mix eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Pour egg mixture over meat in a large frying pan on medium to medium low heat. Add tortilla chips and stir in. They will soften. Add cheese.
Serve with additional salsa and or sour cream if desired.
