6 eggs- beaten
1 and 1/3 cup butter, melted
2 and 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 cup honey
2 cups peanut butter

12 cups oatmeal, not quick
4 tsp. baking soda
3 cups raisins or a combination of dried cranberries, dates, and raisins
2 packages chocolate chips
1 cup nuts or 2 cups walnuts
1 cup sunflower seeds, or ground flax seeds, or sesame seeds, or hazel nut flour

Directions:

Blend with hand mixer, eggs, butter, brown sugar, honey, and peanut butter.

Combine rest of ingredients in a very large bowl.
Pour sugar mixture over this and mix well.
Dough will be sticky.
Let set overnight. That helps it hold together.
Drop on greased baking sheet with heaping soup spoon.
Flatten slightly.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 15 min. or until set, for large 3 inch cookies.
Leave set for 1 minute then move to cooling racks.
