1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup softened butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 large egg
1/3 cup molasses
3 Tablespoons milk

Directions:
Directions:
combine flour, cinnamon, ginger,soda and salt in small bowl; set aside
Beat butter until creamy, gradually add sugars beat until well blended. Add egg beat until well blended.
At low speed, gradually add flour mixture until blended. Add molasses and milk mix just until blended.
Spread batter evenly in a 13" by 9" lightly greased baking pan.
Bake at 350 º for 25 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Spread with lemon cream cheese frosting. Cut into bars.

2 packs cream cheese softened
2 Tablespoons softened butter
1/4 cup lemon curd
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
Beat cream cheese and butter until creamy. Add lemon curd and lemon rirne, beat until blended. Gradually add
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar blend. yields 2 cups
