One deep dish pie shell already baked.
Slice peeled peaches (enough to fill pie shell)
4 rounded TBSP corn starch
¾ cup sugar
Pinch of salt
¾ cold cup water
3 TBLS of peach jello.

Directions:

For Glaze mix corn starch, sugar, salt, water.

Mix all the above together with a wisk in a bowl that can go in the microwave.

Micro wave on high until the glaze is thick stirring a few times while it is cooking. Takes 2 – 4 min depending on the microwave.

Once you have the thick glaze, add the peach jello.

Mix it in with a wisk

Add the peaches and stir with a spoon until the glaze covers all the peaches

Pour into the baked pie shell and cool in the fridge until ready to serve

Wait to cut the Peaches until you need them so they don't go brown.

Can change fruit to Strawberries.
