1 lemon cake mix
1 pkg. lemon pudding
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup all purpose flour
3 eggs
Glaze
1-2 TBLS lemon juice
41/2 cup sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º
Mix cake ingredients in large mixing bowl. Pour into greased and floured pan. (bundt pans work great)
Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
When cooled mix glaze ingredients and pour over top of cake.
