Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 to 2 lbs of tender steak
egg noodles
1/2 cup butter
2 red onions
8 oz mushrooms
1 Tbsp horseradish sauce
salt and pepper
1/2 cup red wine
1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the steak cross grain into thin strips about 1 1/2" long.
Put 1 cup flour, 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper in a paper bag. Add steak and shake to coat all sides of steak pieces. Set aside.
Cook the noodles per package instructions. While noodles are cooking, prepare sauce.
Thinly slice the onions
Wash and slice the mushrooms
Melt the butter in skillet over medium low heat.
Add the sliced onions and mushrooms and saute until onions are clear and tender and mushrooms have released their juices.
Remove vegetables from pan.
Add flour coated steak pieces.
Brown steak, adding additional butter if necessary and scraping bottom of pan to keep from sticking.
Add 1 cup water and stir. Should make a gravy. Add the wine and stir. Add the mushrooms and onions back in. Add the horseradish. Let simmer until steak is tender and some of liquid is absorbed (about 15 minutes).
Turn off heat and add the sour cream, stirring to blend well.
Serve over cooked noodles.
