Ingredients:  
1 lb. hamburger (80% lean and 20% fat)
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs (may need more if texture is too wet when rolling meatballs)
½ cup finely chopped onion
3 large finely chopped cloves of garlic
2 eggs
¼ cup chopped FRESH parsley
Tablespoon of beef base dissolved in a ¼ cup water
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. dry basil
1 tbsp. oregano
6 tblsp. Grated parmesian or romano grated cheese

Roll into balls
Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes on a greased (cooking spray will do) cookie sheet.
