2 TBS. olive oil
1 jalepeņo pepper, seeded and minced
1 TBS. apple cider vinegar
2 cups of fresh or frozen raspberries
1/4 C. honey
1 tsp Mexican adobo seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
In a small frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced jalepeņo peppers and cook until caramelized.
Add apple cider vinegar to the frying pan and stir Add raspberries, honey, and adobo seasoning and cook down until sauce forms, stirring regularly. Simmer until reduced to desired thickness. Remove your raspberry chipotle sauce from heat and pour into jar or bowl. Allow to cool before serving.
