1¼ cup sugar
4 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
3 egg whites
1 precooked pie shell, cooled
butter the size of an egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
¼ cup coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and sugar together. Add milk, butter and flavoring. Mix well. Cook in sauce pan until thick. Beat egg whites until stiff. Mix egg whites through filling. Pour into crust. Sprinkle with coconut and set in oven to brown--Approximately 5-6 minutes.
