Medium Sauce Pot
Glass Bowl that will sit in the sauce pan ,but not touch the bottom . Enough water to steam the bottom of the bowl but not touch it. Water should be over medium heat to low heat. To melt chocolate, it should never boil.

Directions:
Place a small amount of water in sauce pan. Place Glass Bowl in sauce pan. The bowl cannot touch the water in the saucepan.Turn heat on low to medium heat. and Steam ,not boil water in pan.
