8 slices Bacon
1/2 c. Corn Flakes
1 tbsp. Bacon Drippings
5 Eggs (beaten until foamy)
2 1/2 c. Frozen Hash Browns (thawed)
1 1/2 c. Shredded Swiss Cheese
1/2 c. Cottage Cheese
1/3 c. Milk
1 Green Onion (sliced)
1 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Black pepper
Dash Hot Pepper Sauce

Directions:

Grease a 9" pie pan
Cook bacon, crumble and reserve drippings
Mix cornflakes with drippings, add bacon, set aside
Stir in potatoes, Swiss cheese, cottage cheese, milk, onion, salt, pepper and hot sauce
Pour into pie pan and sprinkle with crumb mixture and bacon
Cover and refrigerate over night; next morning, preheat oven to 325º
Uncover and bake for 50 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean

Substitute cheddar or other cheeses
