3 - 4 lb. Rump Roast
2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 lg. or 2 sm. cans Sliced Mushrooms
3 - 4 lbs. Potatoes
Gravy Master

Directions:
Directions:
Brown roast on all sides in a little olive oil; remove from pan
Sauté mushrooms until brown
Add soup and juice from mushrooms
Add gravy master until brown
Add the roast to the mushrooms and soup
Cook for 2 hours
Peel and quarter potatoes
Add to pan after roast has cooked for two hours; cook until potatoes are tender

Optional: use fresh, sliced mushrooms and add 1 tbsp. Thyme
