1 lb. Chopped Meat (ground beef)
4 Eggs
1 1/4 c. Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp. Black Pepper
2 - 3 tsp. Garlic Powder or Minced Fresh Garlic
1/2 c. Parsley
1/2 c. Plain Bread Crumbs
Optional: use day old Italian bread soaked in milk or water; squeeze excess liquid. Substitute 1/4 lb. pork, 1/4 lb. veal, and 1/2 lb. beef instead of 1 lb. chopped beef

Beat eggs and add all dry ingredients
Add meat and mix well
Roll lightly into balls
Fry in hot oil, medium high until brown
