4 Eggs
2 sticks Butter
2 1/2 c. Sugar (divided use 2c. + 1/2 c.)
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 tsp. Lemon Extract
4 c. Flour
2 tsp. Baking Soda
2 tsp. Baking Powder
2 c. Milk
4 tbsp. White Vinegar
4 tbsp. Cinnamon
1 c. chopped walnuts (more if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Butter and flour a 9 x 13" pan
Cream butter and sugar; add eggs one at a time; add vanilla and lemon
In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda and baking powder
Add vinegar to milk
Alternate the flour mixture and milk mixture into the cream mixture
Pour a thin layer into the pan
Mix 1/2 c. sugar and cinnamon
Pour 3/4 of the cinnamon and sugar mix over the thin layer
Optional: add chopped walnuts over this layer
Add the remaining batter, top with remaining cinnamon and sugar
Top with chopped walnuts

Bake 45 minutes full recipe
Bake 33-35 minutes half recipe
