3 lbs. Pizza Dough
1 - 1 1/2 lbs. Sausage (sliced, fried, and drained)
1 - 2 lbs. Bell Pepper (sliced, boiled, and drained)
2 pkgs. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese ( or fresh mozzarella)

1 onion.

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
Sauté onions, peppers with garlic and Calabrian chili paste. Then sauté sausage. Mix sausage, peppers and mozzarella. Spread mixture on full dough leaving an edge. Roll up the first third then fold in sides. Flip the final third then seal.
Roll dough into a rectangle, fill with mixture, seal dough
Flip over; make a few slits in the top
Bake 30 minutes or until the bread is golden
Cool and slice
