1 c sugar
1 pkg (1TBSP) unflavored gelatin
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 c milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 c coconut
2 c whipping cream, whipped
1 - 10 oz box raspberries
2 tsp corn starch
1/2 c currant jelly
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, gelatin and salt thoroughly. Add milk and heat until sugar is dissolved. Cool until slightly set. Add vanilla and coconut. Fold in whipped cream. Chill. While that is chilling, Cook together raspberries, corn starch and jelly until jelly is dissolved and mixture is slightly thick. Cool completely. Serve over pudding.
