4 Boneless skinless chicken breast portions, frozen, about 1 1/4 pound
1 tsp paprika
8 thin lemon slices
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
1 tsp dried onion
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp curry powder

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375º. Line 13x9 baking pan with foil; spray with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Arrange frozen breasts in single layer in prepared pan; sprinkle breasts with paprika.
3. Then place two lemon slices on each breast.
4. Bake for thirty minutes.
5. Meanwhile, in a small microwave bowl combine honey, mustard, onion, lemon juice and curry powder.
6. Stir to mix well.
7. Microwave sauce at high for two minutes; stir.
8. After breasts have baked for thirty minutes, drain and discard juices.
9. Spoon sauce over chicken in pan.
10. Bake at 375º for ten to fifteen minutes or until done.
