1 pound of pork loin cut into thin bite-size slices
3 TBSP soy sauce
3 TBSP sesame oil (plus 2 TBSP for sauteing)
1 TBSP minced fresh ginger
1 TBSP minced fresh garlic
1 TBSP finely chopped scallions
1 TBSP honey
1 TBSP hoisin sauce
2 TBSP cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine the pork with all other ingredients.
2. Refrigerate for a minimum of one hour.
3. Preheat a large skillet on high for two minutes or until hot.
4. Add one TBSP sesame oil and quickly saute half of the marinated pork, tossing or stirring frequently until thoroughly cooked and golden brown. (About seven or eight minutes)
5. Do remaining and repeat step four.
6. Serve over rice
