1 stick butter or margarine
1 cup flour
2 T sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts (any kind -- I use pecans)

8 oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cool whip

2 pkgs instant butterscotch pudding
3 cups milk
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together butter, flour, sugar and nuts and press into the bottom of a 13 X 9 pan. Bake at 350º for 10-15 minutes.

Cream together cream cheese, powdered sugar and cool whip, set aside.

Mix together pudding and milk according to pkg directions, set aside.

Once crust has cooled, spread cream cheese mixture on top.
Top with pudding
Top with cool whip and sprinkle with chopped pecans
