'1 1/2 lb. Chicken Breast (diced into 1/2 in. cubes)
1 lb. Broccoli (cut into small florets)
3 tbsp. Peanut Oil
1 1/2 in. Fresh Ginger (sliced into 5 pieces)
5 cloves Garlic (Smashed)
2 tbsp.Corn Starch
4 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1c. Warm Water
2 tsp. Paprika
Flour
1 tsp. Salt and 1/4 tsp. Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Dust chicken with flour, salt and pepper
Mix cornstarch and water
Boil broccoli for 1 minute, rinse with cold water and drain well
Heat a wok or large skillet and add oil, and garlic until light brown
Add chicken and stir fry until cooked
Add paprika and soy sauce and cook until the chicken is coated
Add broccoli and then ginger; stir until well mixed
Add 1/2 cup of the water and boil; taste for flavor and add salt if needed
Add water mixed with cornstarch
Stir about 30 seconds and serve
